Oh hani's character is soo unique like it annoys you but you can't help loving her.... She ain't stupid... She is just 17 and loves a guy... The guy is a jerk cuz he has not been in love and when he realises he loves her, he marries her. She is childish, yes, but she is just 17. And btw 80% of the ppl are like oh hani. This part is actually a lot clearer in Mischievous Kiss: Love in Tokyo, the Japanese version of Playful Kiss. I also didn’t understand this part at first, when he came out so arrogant. However, when I watched MK: LiT, it shows that Irie-kun (Baek Seung Jo) was agitated when he learned that Kotoko (Oh Ha Ni) would move on from him, therefore kissing her as a result. I would definitely recommend to everyone to watch the Japanese version. It shows more sides to Baek Seung Jo’s character.

While PK is my favorite, I just finished MK and I do agree. If you haven't already, you should check out the video or text version of Baek Seung Jo's diary on KZbin. Since MK came out after this, I think they took all the feedback and tried to improve it. In PK, I picked up on his feelings more because ai could freaking take my eyes of that delicious piece of eye candy. Total #cougarcrush on #KimHyunJoong.
