The villan plush is Ursula from the little mermaid! I think big sweetland machines need some maintenance bug time. I've watched a couple of videos from different people who are all having the same problems. The scooper has no power and either picks nothing up or flicks everything off. It's disappointing to watch people spend so much and get nothing.
