Once I was playing battlefield 1 and I was clearing out a house with a random person and as soon as you know it half the house blew up and he died I was in shock about how he just got blown up. Battlefield 1 truly feels like war and is very immersive.

Its good coz it really feels like war everything its goodi. bf 5 still could be if it was less happy and colorful and didn't had stupid character customization it ruined everything. in bf 1 u feel real and cool while running with Soldiers with real outfits and they are all almost same like it was for real. Meanwhile in bf5 they didn't even recreate one uniform coorrect and also this stupid customization:black people on german side Women on the front u can run with fucking pants only and these stupid skins Dice was smoking crack before releasing it

I had the same experience with BF3, as he had with BF4. Almost all of my friends were playing BF3 one day and I just got enough money to buy whatever game I wanted from mowing lawns. So with the combination of a polished game, lots of friends playing it, and being 14 during summertime. BF3 is my personal favorite. After going through EMT and Fire training. I can still hear the dubstep intro to this day.

Bf3 was by far my favorite battlefield, i was very young when it came out i think i was 12 or 13 but those were the days when i would have nothing to do all day other than play bf3, i still remember my first game conquest on nohshar canals on christmas day, probably one of the best moments of my life.

That being said, probably the things i miss most from bf3 are the medals and service stars, i miss the way dog tags actually meant something and i could proudly display my 10k plane kills, and i miss the way classes all had their own outfits and how you could tell who is playing as a medic or support just by looking at their outfit

Got it as a surprise for Christmas. Coming from Call of Duty, I remember first spawning in (Damavand Peak), and wandering over to the tunnel, only to have a rain of fire erupt, suppression engulf me, and to take cover on the side, while a helicopter began to noisily pelted away at a nearby tank. I realized this game was serious, and I loved it. Each subsequent entry to the series has removed an element that I loved in BF3, which is why BF3 still remains my favorite as well, and one of my favorite games of all time.

thedilznick nah conquest and rush are better, operations is a chaotic mess with no tactics or reason, while conquest feels like a sandbox and rush you can actually use tactics, 40 player ops were good, but they took that out leaving you with metro as a gamemode, but bfv’s grand ops really suck, however I do like breakthrough, but that might be because of the lack of grenade spam

BF1 is my favourite battlefield of the decade and of all time, by far the coolest feeling and most cinematic battlefield game in my opinion, was the first WW1 game I played, got me interested in WW1 history and was the game the got me really into battlefield before I was just a casual player of BF3 and 4, so it holds a lot a value to me. And my list of battlefield games of the decade are, 1.BF1 2.BF3 3.BF4 4.BFV 5.BFH 6. Can’t really rank BC2 because I only played the campaign which btw was sick

Phenixtri It’s impossible for 1942 to reach the level of presentation BF1 offers due to it’s limited engine. BF1 is the most cinematic battlefield in my opinion and I give hats off to DICE for creating a game that truly makes me feel immersed in the experience. Content is a great thing but if a game lacks the ability to keep me interested and emerged in the game then I don’t want to play it, not dissing 1942 in anyway it’s an amazing game and way ahead of its time but it just bores me after like an hour where BF1 can keep me playing for hours on end

I think that the older BF players disdaining BF1 is one of the reasons BF5 didn’t capture that feeling. I think on top of making of making things bright and pretty (showing off their new engine rather than focusing on that fact that it’s supposed to be a somewhat dark combat game ex. gritty and dirty, and hellish feeling) is what did it in. They wanted to be “different” while also trying to keep the whole “bright and colorful look” of the earlier games. That’s my take on it anyways.

I absolutely LOVED the Battlefield 1 campaign. I love WW 1 and 2 history and combine WW1 with a battlefield game and story’s from the war is amazing. They are so emotional and I can’t get enough. I wish they added more war stories with the DLC’s. Why does like no company do that? It would encourage more people to buy em if you ask me.

My favorite game was definitely bf1 i just loved the atmosphere and how cinematic it was and how chaotic it was. My favorite times playing that game was when you and 15 other guys are holding down a chokepoint in a key area and it utter chaos. Theres explosions every 2 seconds bodies everywhere bullets flying past your face, its just beautiful in my opinion. I can understand why some people may not feel the same way about my favorite experiences in bf1 though, during those situations its mostly based around luck or the dedication of your medics on whether you live or die and some people don’t like that, they like it that the game is more in their control

I agree about BF1.. It's honestly the only real game besides a little bit of BF3 that I enjoyed after they changed the franchise with BF2 (The best BF out of all of them imo). Nothing beat their Operations and Rush modes.. Tanks felt like tanks, deadly machines you had to deal with and were difficult to take down. Dangerous planes, and holding choke points against a swarm of enemies. It was insane, and is how a Battlefield game should feel like.. Every other game plays out like a glorified Call of Duty.. If I wanted that kind of gameplay I'd play COD..

It kinda felt like bad company 2 to me, with the smaller scale and no jets, which is the game I started with. BFH wasn't my favourite battlefield, but it was different and still a good game in its own right. I'd still rate it above BF1. That game introduced/had many concepts I despise with a passion 🤮

Hardline is one of my favorite games, but if we are talking about the Battlefield franchise, its reallly bad: -Boring story in my opinion -Graphics really bad -The time to kill is too fast -OP guns -Many Bugs were not fixed -Some maps were too small for 64 players And maybe other things that I didn't mentioned

My opinion: 1. Bad Compnay 2 : incredible since it made squads and roles so important, team playing and tactics not just run and gun 2. Battlefield 3 : huge leap in graphics and gameplay, immersion was pretty nice 3. Battlefield 1 : the change of scenery and phase was interesting 4. Battlefield 4 : lots of content at the end game but poor start. felt like a bf3 dlc more than a new game. still pretty fun to play 5. Battlefield 5 : A missed opportunity for an excellent ww2 game. Lots of bugs. Balancing team just destroying the game's mechanics because it was "too hardcore". 6. Hardline : Would not even consider it a battlefield game. So i would say options 1-4 positive reviews while 5-6 basically negative.

You should do the first decade 2002-2012 then play battlefield 1942 only with the mods added to them starting with fhsw. then Battlefield 2 with the mods added to them starting with fh2 and project reality. Because this will be an eye-opening moment and you see what has been lost since then. Since the release of Battlefield 3 it has been a downhill Road. because people's creativity couldn't be added to the game anymore and the games then just became nothing more then temporarily eye candy.

I got addicted to BF3 when that was out, then the same with BF4 when I jumped to that. Then BF1 changed everything, hands down the best of the series. So balanced and fun with an unbelievable atmosphere. Loved how you could damage planes with gunfire and K bullets. Miss playing that game as Xbox has no full servers

Battlefield 3 Rush on Operation Metro was peak gaming. I remember me and my buddy downloaded the open beta in high school and I was blown away when I spawned in for the first time. The graphics for the time were a huge step up, and the gameplay was so fast paced and hectic. Battlefield 3 and 1 are the two most immersive shooters I've ever played.
