Is there any reason my ELS cars steady burn does not work? Yours seem to work I assume it’s the pack I am using?

I no longer use ELS. Yes it can be the vehicle which doesn't have steady burns or some issue with the vehicle's ELS XML.

Environmental lights from Siren lights look soo good on non els vehicles. If set up properly, they actually originate from the siren light..

Just increase the values next to car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on in visualsettings.dat. You do not need a mod for that.
