Playing as Lance in GTA: Vice City

Basically before "Bar Brawl" mission started for Waiting Tommy. Also another idea Play as Umberto Robina before "Cannon Fodder" started for Tommy. Or Play as Ken Rosenberg for Pick up Tommy and his Bodyguard and take to Meeting Vance Brothers before Ambush.

Robina's in-game model doesn't exist therefore its impossible to play as robina
