If I remember correctly, Cayo Perico used to have a 10 min cooldown before criminal enterprises dlc but then once it came out then the cooldown was Nerfed to 2 hours and 24 minutes :(

Many different ways to kill time TBH. That's definitely another good thing to do. Say you don't have agency there's still a decent amount of other cash cows 😂 salvage yard tow trucks it's practically free money. Pro tip you can use a Jerry can that you get with salvage yard to destroy the tow truck in a free mode lobby so you don't have to lobby hop. (those 3 mile runs are rough in the tow truck. So avoid them by destroying the truck and try again.)

depends on how quick you do the scope out after a heist - i think waiting a certain range of time changes your prim target - but 7 times?! that has 2 be bad luck

Bruhhhh as of today on ps5 only(as far as i know) you aren’t able to exit the island by swimming out into the water anymore. *Update* :(after like 20 tries) either my internet is complete Sheit or they’ve extended the range you have to swim out significantly.

Cockstar saw players having too much fun and not buying enough shark cards so they made the cool down 3 hours, the set up cost $100000, made the primary targets pay shit and made it so you get tequila every time 😭 the last 3 times I’ve done the heist I’ve gotten tequila that’s with waiting over 2-10 irl days between each time
