The enemy is shooting at him with a pistol, putting small temporary tunnels in the smoke. He aims through the small tunnels in the smoke and gets a perfect headshot.

Recoil control is really like racing lines in racing games, they're fantastic for new players to learn the track/spray pattern, but once you get the hang of it and get to a higher level, it's a hindrance and distraction
