I played it for a while on console - Hide the cab (your core) under tons of bodywork as armour, lose that, your dead, hide your fuel tank in the middle of the chassis too 0 if it explodes it makes a big hole in your life points, weapons wide its up to you, but try to avoid the shotgun/melee trucks getting close, they will mince you in seconds, more streerable wheels improves your turning circle but it reduces the weight you can carry to some degree, soits all about balance there. Oh and the map with the big green coloured lake - thats a lake of acid. in pvp you have to wait once dead, in missions you can respawn if you have repair kits. PS score is your overall power, the higher that goes the tougher your opponents get as it matches you with ppl based on the PS level of your car My best build took a while but I had a 75mm artillery peice on the roof and some LMG's it was a good sniper but you had to keep distance

I would recommend maybe trying to get a promo account since you have a channel if you wish to play the game normally I will warn you there is way too much grinding but I play pc not console version I’m not sure how the item prices differ

@@_frixx_746 its a premum currency used to buy resource packs or vechile kits and high end parts without grinding for them (pay to shortcut/pay to win depending on your mindset)

Great graphics, picking up a strong Mad Max vibe too, this has to the best game of it's kind so far. Does anyone remember Vigilante 8, it was great in it's time as well; but this takes it to a whole new level.

Actually the mad max ps4 game is the best game like this. Its car combat and racing and regular combat is awesome. It's an open world single player game.

Casual player of Crossout, it's always struck me as a mix btwn Twisted Metal and Fallout. The game itself is alot of fun but there's a serious wait time btwn matches depending on your power score - Definitely a Pay to Win game, I dropped ~$50 into it and just been grinding... and yes, it's a HELLUVA GRIND

Ok i year down the line, reason I'm typing this, is that I've just downloaded it and wanted to see some gameplay..you came up 3rd, and i chose yours because its a cool vibe. Any way, don't like car's, never played a racing car game. But idk it just looked really fun, and as it was free, well why not lol. @@ATribeCalledCars personally I really liked it though I did find it a quite short game if you played it hard. Could have done with being a bit broader as there are a lot of parts that you look like you can explore but actually cannot. It was the building weapons and fighting that was ingenuitive and good fun. The cars and races were similar, fun but could have been more. There was a part I forget the name of like a killer circus thing which was an absolute blast though!

liked the video! Crossout is definitely a bit grindy even in the beginning but its worth it i feel. get yourself to level 7 on or off screen, get some blue weapons and modules and it gets a lot better! check out the exhibition for design ideas you like

I’ve played this game, but it’s so hard to get into because I came to build crazy stuff but I can’t because you have to grind for every little building part, and I don’t even know how to unlock what I need. I was expecting a sandbox, but I got a grind and a menu screen simulator. Still, power to you if the work involved is worth it to you.

Just saying, it will take very very long to get far in crossout without investing money and spending very much time. And you got to know how the market work to not lose money when buying and selling stuff. Basically, you need time, money and little knowledge to not mess up. Otherwise when successful, it's very fun.

Hornets are awful, first thing is switch them for Chords Do your daily challenges for easy rewards. Get medium wheels on as soon as you can craft them. You’ll need a Battle Pass to get the current seasons rewards. Premium subscription works out pretty good value if you are going to play every day, if not then likely not for you.

@@ATribeCalledCars a 6 wheeler is handy with as many steering pairs as you crafted. Any cars with normal names are bots. Once you have unlocked patrols this is a humans vs bots mode which is much easier to level up on. Having items on your build to increase exp is handy and you can craft a flag that buffs both yours and any teammates exp. Raids are PvE and offer decent exp

use tap-fire to increas accuracy ant aim for the guns, than run and aim for the wheel (players without guns will try to blow you off by selfdestruction) "players" with basic names are bots (adam, emili, etc) and are on the bottom of the teamlist This game is all about Power Score - the less the better. Higher PS = stronger enemies. Increasing PS with useles stuff (like your additional frames:) which didnt increase your your firepower or speed or durability - just make your enmies stronger. So the highest part of your PS must be in guns. Than cabin, modules and movement parts. It takes time to learn ;)

Oh man this game is fantastic, right until you enter the higher point brackets and have to fight people who bought top tear guns or drive in circles just sending out drones from a vehicle faster than your could literally be at the moment, or some other horse shit. I tried to play a heavy, hit the half way point, could find no players, and now whenever I do, they have literally top tier guns on min maxed builds against my truck that's barely beyond starting equipment. . . Fun. Maybe, maybe those guns should be locked off into their own brackets instead of allowing my fat truck with a literal entry level canon have to deal with a "drone carrier" that can launch 5 guys at once that drain your health in seconds, have perfect aim, and the player gets to concentrate fully on running away. And the coward's even defend it as a "legit" gameplay style. Hah. What a shame, this game could of been so good. Also if you're a car guy, get lost, at high level everyone just builds they looked up online, cosmetics put you into higher player brackets for some unknown reason, so spend five hours making a mad max car covered in exhaust pipes, and now you have to fight a steel cube made of the highest level equipment in the game. . . This game hurts, the dev's seem happy to milk whales, and high level play is often a ghost town consisting of matches of half drone carriers driving in circles and half AI because the match couldn't be filled. Drone's should never of been put in the game, they created a dominant strategy that requires zero skill and promotes fleeing forever with zero downsides. I've yet to hear a single defense for drones other than "I use them". They shattered this game in two, there where shotguns, machineguns, and canons, short, mid, and long range respectively, now they're drones, mid range with perfectly accurate machine guns that literally fly thus creating a separate target, away from the central vehicle in a game that usually ends with "they shot my gun off, there's literally nothing I can do now", this one gun class doesn't have this problem. . . It's so hilariously un-thought out and literally broken. It's like Blackbeard when he was introduced to Siege. But hey Blackbeard's still broken tier so who would multiplayer games even attempt balance today when they an sell you drones or blackbeard instead?

A lot of people say that that truck looks like 80's model Chevrolet c k bodies but I don't think so I think it looks closer to a like a Ford bullnose from like 82 about 86 because of the way the front nose been if you will get squarebody square bodies are flat faced bullnose has have a kind of dent in the front they're not completely flat you have to look at a couple pictures plus where the headlights lineup it definitely is Chevy's headlights kind of hang towards the outside of the grill whereas Fords are kind of pushed in
