Also there can be something in bios with cpu power and CPU locked under 1GHz (i got that one time, normally operating between 3.5GHz to 4GHz, this time locked under 1GHz, bios reset and/or update is worth do do also)

Yo Emperor Piggatron frame drops especially with high intense team fights mean your GPU can't keep up with everything that's being rendered, the most common culprit is the power supply dying out -> not giving the GPU enough power. If it's not that then I'd check the CPU/GPU fans that they're not full of dust and causing them to overheat, then they just need a quick cleanup. Should save a lot than replacing the whole PC, hope that helps!

League of Legends is CPU bound and not very well multithreaded, most GPUs barely sweat when running League, so almost surely GPU has nothing to do with dropped frames in this game.

usually my build path is hollow or dead mans first into second hydra or another resistance item depending on how the game goes. Shen can hold side lane quite easily with hydra and bami item.

The issue with FPS drops might actually be related to your mouse's polling rate settings(THE HZ, Hertz). I recently encountered a similar problem where the polling rate was set too high in the mouse software, causing performance issues. A quick way to check if this is the case is to try switching to another mouse or lowering the polling rate. In my case, lowering it resolved the problem.

@@eren8819 if u running 1000hz its shouldnt be a problem, most modern pc is build to handle 1k-2k polling hz, unless u go up to 4k-8k hz u should be fine

Up to 2000hz should be fine, but 8k at least and maybe 4k as well really affects League at least in Razer hardware, but probably Logitech as well

I had this issue with my wireless Logitech mouse. I updated the firmware, then for some reason it pu my polling rate to 8k. Had enormous frame drops in league, which I figured out only happened when I moved my mouse. Tested it in other games and similar issue. Switched to 1k polling to be safe and haven't had issues since.

Some games make that the more friends you have in you friendslist, the laggier it gets for some reason, so it might help unfriending some people and denying friend requests also depending on your monitor capping the fps for your game might help, because with uncapped fps your computer allways tries to get as much as possible even though you wont notice it because of your monitor refreshrate

My guess the fps drops are due to thermal throttling, try checking the cpu and gpu temps when under load(most likely its the cpu). If its too high, need to change thermal pastes and clean from dust most likely.

Hello! Have you considered rushing heartsteel and then going tiamat into titanic? I find it to be great for getting first item fast for stacking and getting strong wave clear immediately after.

it works until high plat. people gonna abuse ur slow waveclear and use the time to gank ur junglers in ur top side. u are at least 7-8 seconds faster the wave if you are standing in center and that means a lot.

I honestly feel it would be way easier to do if Shen had actual waveclear and decent damage to towers but as much as I love the champ the lack of solo carry potential makes it not optimal for Solo Q. I had the same fps issues before i couldnt fix it and eventually just said fuck it im iron anyway. Eventually it got worse to the point where my fos would drop to 1fps for 1-3 seconds. I had the pc looked at and it turned out to be the cores in my cpu slowly dieing one by one. Not sure if its the same as what your dealing with but when i was researching the issue i found a reddit post that said league just stutters more on AMD chips for some reason. Hope this helps you out since ive heard you say you only had these issues on your personal pc and not the ones youve used in korea for example.

Bruh, 100-120 fps is way above good. Hell, 60 while you can notice it slightly, is still good. Am I missing something or do people genuinely think you can see a difference in frames above 60 FPS. Stutters, and drops, yes. But if it's consistent on anything above 60 you're golden.
