Yo Josh, big fan I know you've finished champs now but I would really recommend a cdm that can sit back as it will mean that the gap in the middle wont occur as someone will be their majority of the time which will benefit you so much. This could mean that you could almost use the same formation but use the 4-1-2-1-2(2) as it's the same formation as it has 1cdm and 2 cms instead if 3 cms which may resolve your problems.
