It works great! :D but the cons are it overheats fast and drains your battery quick :((( may lag sometimes on my phone but that’s probably bcs my wifi is old :’)

maybe you dont have alot of storage? I also dont so it crashes every 10 minutes

It depends on your phones CPU and RAM, if u dont have a lot of it then Genshin will keep crashing unfortunately because it requires a lot of processing power. Playing on the lowest setting could make it run smoother, or try clearing ur storage a bit, deleting apps u don't need, clearing your devices cache. Hopefully that helped

How do players hook up the controller to play this game? I tried 3 times and it didn't work 😅 think I'm doing something wrong or I missed something

Dont know what controller you have, but the xbox controller connected via bluetooth is automatically recognized by it, just connect it and then change in the settings from keyboard to controller. For PS5 I use the DS4 software to make the game recognize it and it automatically swaps the buttons to playstation style. Idk about other controllers but I assume they get recognized as xbox as long as you connect them either via cable or bluetooth and then change the ingame settings. edit: idk if you were asking about phone or PC. On my ipad I just connect the controller to it via bluetooth and change the settings as well, phone idk cause I don't use it, but probably same.
