hey i’m a singer and i bought a 25 keys midi keyboard. Is 25 keys enough to learn piano (rythm , chords) and play along while singing? for acoustic covers?

I would not recommend it. You can learn basic chords and rhythms but you will have a very hard time playing them together because it simply isn’t big enough. This song only worked because it was in C if I remember correctly and I used the octave button creatively. You can make cool things with these, but they are very very limiting if you are using them as an instrument. They are mostly for production (in my opinion) instead of performance or learning.
