Playing in the North Wind - Portmoak

My glider and it’s trailer now occupies the slot at North Hill that Matts glider used to occupy. I have added the balleka logo onto the fin. Last September I took my glider up to Portmoak for the third time and soared the ridges and wave just like him An important video that brings back such good memories

Flew there as a kid 30 years ago, of course it’s not changed, only the gliders have, and in my day you got up via a light aircraft tow. One of the instructors was an RAF pilot out of Leuchars and the tow pilot was getting his hours up to become a commercial pilot. 15 minutes at a time… great memories, and great to see. Thanks for sharing.
