Playing in the poo pipe! Dual sewer cleanout install. (Re-uploaded)

Older video from a few years ago where me and Zac help a friend of ours out on a sewer dilemma. He had no cleanouts accessible to clear his line so we installed some. Some people don't like "bullhorn" cleanouts because you cant see inside but they do help when guiding an eel. The sewer has been working fine ever since.

Nice job Tim thank god for Fernco's makes fixing clay pipe alot easier. Just read comments and saw it was side job was about to say where did your bobcat cabbed mini ex go way to cold to dig with no cab 😂😂. Still amazes me what the old timers got way with in the old days look at that water line and sewer line seperation 😅 no 9ft seperation there.

Just curious, why not pack gravel underneath the line and especially the ferncos to help with settling?

The pipe ended up sitting on the undisturbed dirt the old one was on for the most part. I know what you mean though.

Nice video, how did you wind up with 3 extra feet of dirt from same hole it came out of? Probably cause it wasn’t compacted at all so all of it will sink in anyway I guess. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah it was cold and we just let it settle through the winter. All good come spring.

One clean out goes toward the house, other toward the street. Nice when you can't see which way your eel or jetter is going.

Funny you mention that, I actually had that sucker grab those gloves I had on so I took them off. Rubber coating caught it. I use leather ones if I have to use that thing now!
