Playing in the Waves in a Europe Dinghy

Nice shots! I also went sailing this spring in my Europe dinghy, I can remember it was freezing cold indeed. I took some shots using an action cam simply taped on the deck at the very bow - the shots are not as nice as yours. How do you do this?? A gimbal with a remote?
