Having played games of multiple genres for >20yrs, I have to say that valorant players are the most inflexible bunch of players I have ever met. Perhaps because this game relies so much on muscle memory/trained intuition that other playstyles are simply not acceptable. Never played csgo, and am curious whether the players are as inflexible.

Roughly the same but different reasons. Though I think at lower levels Valorant's player base is much more rigid. CSGO silver lobbies are p much anything goes lol

@@mikezittritsch3888 I might be wrong, but I feel that valorant players are more exposed to higher quality content (streamer, youtube) compared to csgo. Perhaps alot of the "bad" culture are learnt from streamers - complaining about judges for instance. I'm not sure.

@@cnaizhen I'd agree. There isn't much in the way of casual streaming in Valorant. Or there isn't seemingly a market for it. CSGO has guys who are not that good that can stream or put out videos and have a fan base that loves it (Jericho, Fl0m, APLFisher, etc) but in Valorant I feel there's an expectation for content creators to just be absolutely insane.
