I think if the deco is ever going to be revived it’s still going to have extremely high standards, but that was the original problem with the first attempt at decorating it. No one knows for now though.

IMO, apparently, a top 0 is when the level is around 500-540 ILL and below around 290-300 ILL. And Misanthrope is around 608 ILL, so it is a top 1, but kinda easy for a top 0
