The bad part is that it doesn't connect automatically. So if you turn car off and on you have to select source again and in my case pick Spotify.

When I click menu I just have auto preset and rbsd as my two options nothing else. Is there any other way or does that mean I can’t do Bluetooth because I have the Aux in the middle compartment but when I plug it into my phone and tap the Aux button, nothing happens

You can just use the voice command "Bluetooth audio" or "usb" instead of going through the source menus

I still don't get it, "select source" is a rare pokemon I swear. It tells my phone is synced, it shows me I'm connected thru blue tooth, but it will not give me the option to play music thru bluetooth

I’m trying it out right, I hit the menu button, auto preset comes on first, I hit it again then RBDS comes on afterwards and after I preset menu again it goes back to auto preset. What am I doing wrong ? mustang 14’ owner

Mine has an issue where it works fine the first time I start the car and connect my phone with the voice command. But if I turn off the car, get out, and get back in it doesn’t work and says no Bluetooth device detected. Anyone else having this issue?

i managed to fix mine by having bluetooth activated on the phone when i start the car, then immediately say "bluetooth audio" into the voice commands. when it wouldnt connect the second time go into phone settings and reconnect to SYNC. eventually it'll work every time when you give the voice command without even going into settings

if your radio display says bluetooth stream its working and you should be able to connect. try and make sure what you play audio with is streaming to SYNC as well. ill admit getting mine to work felt like a fluke/miracle

You skipped a step. You have to select aux to get to the sync line in menu to get to the menu that allows you to search for source unless it is different on my 2012 Mustang

@@kirinaaguayo887 I don't have time right now to make a video but if you still need help, connect your phone via Bluetooth then press the aux button then menu button then turn your right knob (Tune/OK) two clicks to the right to select "Select Source" push the knob in to "OK"the selection then one click to the right on the same knob and select Bluetooth and push the knob again.
