Playing NFL FEVER 2004 in 2024!

Watching this all I can think of is how it can't be understated how important competition was to when it came to football games back then. You had Madden, 2K, Fever AND Game Day plus what street game NFL Street or Blitz. Fever 04 isn't what madden or 2K was but the gameplay solid enough that those games can't take their foot off the gas it they had to be great cause there was other quality games. None of that matters anymore. There's only Madden and Madden's worse off for it.

Exactly. I am 48 years of age. I still play all football sims. I only hope it comes back to the good ole days when I can buy more than that damn sorry azz Madden.

Madden is terrible. You can run the same play over and over and over again all game. There is no such thing as a catch in traffic. I’d say madden 12 was the only good madden. Madden 12 was the last madden that wasn’t based around madden ultimate team micro transactions.

It was actually good. It had stuff like weather actually effecting gameplay, crowd noise effecting gameplay, and over the course of the game the field Would show wear (not in this turf stadium). It was awesome!
