The "utterly irresistible" line is the current commander talking in sarcasm to Red Hood remnant of the past because she is asking how adorable Snow White still is, not knowing that in the future of our Commander, Snow White have indeed became a battle hardened lonewolf with a harsh personality after Red Hood incident just like Red Hood predicted in the simulation mini game. It's not a creepy comment towards young Snow White. The original SSR of Snow White is another character that had already grown up and now wandering the snow field outside of the Ark rescuing trapped/endangered Nikkes. The line " It's like Red hood is describing a completely different person" applies here.

I feel like NIKKE is just way to generous. I will stick to being F2P, and it does help that the prices of buying stuff in Nikke is pretty outrageous. Already got 2 copies of Modernia, 5 copies of Red Hood (2 were from the free daily pulls), 4 copies of 2B since I started playing during 2B's banner. Already got 5 units limit broken to pass the lvl160 barrier.
