You don’t have to worry too badly about it affecting the waiting score, just get the decorations and cook em fresh. Edit: Don’t forget the Heat Lamp, which will keep the burgers hot much longer.

Yes, the temperature of the burger DOES count toward grilling score. There is a way to check this though, just check the thermometer next to the circle the shows how it’s cooked. The higher and redder it is the more points. The heat lamp upgrade actually makes the cooling process slower as well.
