for anyone who's curious the liquid that goes into the rice is vinegar. The bottle says 酢 (pronounced as "su") which translates into vinegar. It is most likely rice wine vinegar or mirin (a type of rice wine vinegar) which is a common ingredient in Japanese cooking :)

I might be wrong about this, but I think the percentage score is always the same no matter if they're a closer or not. I think the difference is that the closer is less tolerant of a lower score, so a normal customer would give you like a thumbs up for a 70 percent build, a closer would be meh or angry about it. I'm not sure about the thresholds. I haven't played that extensively.

They also give lower scores iirc. Normally if a customer is not a star customer yet, they average your scores on all the stations and that’s your score. But if it’s a closer or anyone special, it gets lower idk the computations cos it never made sense to me

Fun fact!! The 'rabbit poop' is tapioca boba. They're kinda like jello a bit? That's the entire reason boba tea shops are called BOBA tea. They give you bigger straws at boba tea shops so you can eat the tapioca as you drink. The reason there's different foods at the very top of the ticket is because that's the flavor of the boba. It often corresponds with the flavor of the tea.
