Love seeing Niran play eFootball. It would be nice to have a mini-series in the dream team league. Acquire some decent players with the GP, upgrade the player's skills and OVR by using the progression level-up points they obtain by playing games. That's how you will improve your messi and Neymar to 90 OVRs

Niran the reason you Milner is low is because of the manager, you need to change the playing style to something that suits everyone (whether that be possession or quick counter) and then get a manager that also manages in that same style

Make your own team better by playing against AI first. It may not be fun but that how it is. I'm a f2p player and in a week its enough to get around 90 OVR player for the whole team (excluding subs).
