mkx takes the cake here, raiden is my guy since the mk deception. He alone challenged quan chi and shang tsung in mortal kombat, earthrealms last hope for freedom...

MKX has so much depth with character functionality. Raiden has hold and press strings that can be special cancelled, teleport combos, Fireball Run-Cancels, like 6 different 3 hit confirmable strings, second layer special moves, safe poke-special pressure, everything. MKX is the best mk game ever made.

Not making the old Raiden skin from MK1 story a playable skin ever at all (not even in said playable story during Armageddon if you pick him was just a mistake). Or even a gear piece you could choose to put on any skin of his.

Mk11 raiden had a huge problem that for a long time in the game he was considered the worst chracter, that shows how bad he played there... MkX > Mk1 > Mk11

How did you call mk1 raiden combos creative ? You did sektor missile & Raiden string over & over to make one combo. Literally 3 times. This is the biggest problem of mk1 doing one string & kameo in one combo over & over and that's what makes it boring compare to mk9 & mkx. They're not creative & challenging at all.
