Funny, you started playing just before a new major update is coming with new characters and a casino. Also, i would recommend grabbing 3 things for the shop that add a lot of fun to runs. 1) the special (big ult attack different for every character) 2) stamps (random upgrades for your main weapon) 3) enchantments ( random bonuses for weopons ether when you pick it up or enchant using anvils) ether way enjoy.

"Can you pet the doggo?" is only half the equation though. The other part being "is there a fishing minigame?" And the answer is also YES. Besides, as of update 0.7, you can now pet another doggo, a catto, a bunny, a penguin, a beetle, and a FAQing MONKEY !!
