I just beat the game on veteran difficulty. Im thinking "wow you can take so many hits." Meanwhile, he's talking about how he's already almost dead. That first mission took me an embarrassing number of attempts

I just started playing on recruit mode so I can quickly snag all the momentos for the achievement (I forgot to on veteran mode) And comparing it to veteran is like everyone is shooting me with nerf guns. (Bad accuracy, little to no damage) But on veteran if I wanted to advance more than 6 inches without getting 200 pumped I’d have to toss a smoke and dive for cover like a damn helldiver.

South Korea wasn’t involved in WWII, it was completely under Japanese control till their surrender. Your Grandpa likely served in the Korean War, 5 years after WWII when the newly created North and South Korea engaged in war over border disputes. The US and our allies joined in on the side of South Korea, with over 6.8 million Americans serving during the war.

So many people hated this game but I will always stand by it. I exclusively play the campaign when I play and for some inexplicable reason I enjoy it, and it hits just as hard every time. (Played through the campaign on every mode at least a dozen times and 100%’d it)

I honestly have absolutely no idea why it didn't even give you a second to complete those mini-games where you have to move the left stick in the circle and press a button. Normally, it is very easy to do and you have about 5 full seconds to do. The mini game is timed so it doesn't matter if you press the wrong button. You just cant take too long. I would have tried to restart the game because 9.9/10 that was a glitch that I have never seen before. And like I said, you normally have like 5 full seconds to do those mini-games not 0.3 seconds. I would have restarted my game (as in quitting to desktop and relaunching it)
