It's so annoying that 2 of the 4 DLC so far are protoype reina and heihachi, whom she was meant to replace. She was already on the sidelines most of the main story, now her old man has completely overtaken her spotlight for the same old bait and switch. Hei was dead, kaz had the move he used to kill the guy as an attack and reina was clearly being set up as the next villain, down to her devil form having heihachis hair outright for no valid reason at all. It's bullshit to think she WASN'T his replacement.

I mean, i dont agree lidia and heihachi make her usless, heihachi plays foundamentaly different from her, big counter hits, large pokes into plus frames of small - frames while threatening a launching parry, reina plays super aggressive button into button snowballing the opponent woth stances and moves,as far as lidia goes, yeah i guess stances and ff2 pressure are similar but lidia is way more defenisve and reina ff2 is flat out better.

Reina's fate is unfortunate especially after her nerfs I ended up resorting to Alisa and Dragunov the Russians with decent results so far but my Dragunov still needs a good amount of work to get off the ground. I am ashamed to say I invested as much in Reina as I have but I still like her personality but if I want to win lately I resort to Alisa and Dragunov is the rising star now.
