They do whatever makes the most money (which means greedy, glitchy bullshit) This guy is doing it because he wants to so he wants to make the best game possible The profit motive is the worst thing to ever be invented, it leads to cutting corners, charging more for less, and sueing people who try to make better stuff. Luckily we can move past it if we push for it, tell people and then they tell people so on and so on and eventually everyone realizes we're literally being fucked by the economy and having our freedom taken away so the rich can make even more money. We can fix it, bring democracy into the workplace and give people their human rights: food, housing, healthcare, education, and transportation

Initially I also liked Lightning release best because it had a good veriaty of defensive and offensive skills. Flying Raijin & Kirin were the goat, but Kirin suffered from long cast time, and the lighning movement jutsu cost too much chakra. Now I prefer the Water release, the movement jutsu is chakra conservative and it has decent offensive moves. I think these two and Taijutsu and Ill be good. I hope they help us out by making full comprehensive guides on all the jutsu mastery types.

If he removes the clans (create unique ones) renames all the villages and locations, and remove any symbolism that is shown in the Naruto series then he has the potential to avoid the copyright. The one problem is the art style is too much of a giveaway, and they can potentially get them on that.

Ah the age old copyright problem. Game developers that are able and willing to create the licensed game the fans actually want. But the copyright holder wont back it or sell their license, because i guess they hate money or something. The thought of them getting a majority chunk of all its sales with little to no work on their end must make them feel bad or something, cause they obviously hate money and success.
