i just beat this game and my favorite thing is how it tells such a detailed story just with the items & spaces. I love how it allows you to interpret it. Like when she tried to hang up her ukulele and realized her boyfriend only made space for his guitar or when there's no drawing desk or place to put her degree- you can choose to interpret that as him not being a considerate boyfriend or valuing her passions, or you can interpret it as nothing meaningful at all. it tells the player a story without /telling/ us a story. it's such a beautifully done game

I think the character had so many books and notebooks because she is an artist :) the little figure man that was in previous episode is actually supposed to be used as reference for art (it's a little helper for poses and anatomy in general) , plus she has the tablet and lot of drawings , I also noticed in previous episodes , most of the books were actually about art and anatomy

I get very sentimental about my homes and my things, and so this game was a huge emotional rollercoaster for me. Also I’m Jewish and have chronic pain so I felt crazy represented! The music and sound design is amazing, the art’s super charming and well done, the story is so touching, the attention to detail is phenomenal (peep the little angel stag beetle portrait on the wall after the beetle passes away, or the fact that her DnD mini is painted after she leaves her ex) I think it was well worth the $20! I’m also in the indie game industry though so I’m biased in that regard as well, because I know how much work this game must have taken to make so clean.
