great addition to your lab Michael. You might want to add a DC block to the input of the SA. I pamper those input mixers like a newborn baby. you have a great looking lab.

Hey thanks for the comment! Using a DC block is actually really great advice and something I was thinking of buying but kinda forgot about. I'm gonna put it on my list for sure, don't want to blow up my pride and joy. :)

I suspect they are not wirewound resistors, dummy loads use carbon resistors to avoid the adverse effects the reactance (AC resistance which varies with frequency) of a wirewound resistor would have to the characteristic impedance of the load.
