I’ve made it clear in my comment what I would do if someone did this to my late sons memory box! I’d be roasted marshmallows, making s’mores and even inviting people round for a BBQ and sing along around my homemade campfire with the person tied to the wooden stake in the centre of it even if they so much as looked at my sons memory box, let alone touch it or think about destroying it! It’s the only thing I’ve got left of him apart from some beautiful pictures that the nursing staff did for me while I was in a coma fighting for my own life for almost four months. They did all the things they normally do foot and hand prints, a lock of his hair Etc... and they make it look like he was asleep, they’d got him ready for bed, and used a filter so you couldn’t see the discoloration on him. And I will be forever grateful to them for doing that because I almost never got to see or hold him. His father, family members and friends delayed his funeral for as long as they could and I woke up just a few days before he was due to be laid to rest. So I did manage to hold him and say goodbye in person, but I’ll never forget the nurses who did that for me with his pictures just incase I wasn’t! I’ve got 6 other children and the younger ones who never met him, know all about him, and know that they’re never allowed to touch his box which I’ve got on a shelf along with candles, statues Etc... a memorial type thing, same as in one of the corners of our back yard. Everyone knows not to touch his belongings, not even to clean (only I can do that!) I don’t give a damn who it was. Anyone ever did something like this, will be getting extremely hot very quickly!

This is beyond horrific and downright nasty. And the fact she is laughing while doing it makes it even worse. She doesn't even feel bad. Losing a child is one of the most devastating things that can happen to anyone and for Cher to use that grief to get to Mercedes is absolutely abhorrent. Poor Mercy. She may be a lot of things but that she doesn't deserve this. I hope Cher gets caught out soon. She has no idea what she is in for when Mercy finds out what she has been up to. Do not cross Mercedes McQueen. I'm actually enjoying most of the stories going on in Hollyoaks at the moment. This one, the whodunnit with JohnPaul and Diane's OCD storyline have me hooked. I also think we will see some progression with Luke's illness this year as they seem to be showing signs of him getting worse (forgetting scarletts name for instance). And with his mom returning next week it looks like it is going to be brought up again with him possibly keeping the truth from her. I don't want him to get worse :(. But having the OG characters (cindy, luke, mandy, darren and tony) back in the limelight for this storyline is fine by me. Also in relation to social distancing I think they are getting better at making it less obvious. There have been scenes recently where I didn't even notice it.

Hollyoaks always overdos the type of storylines they do. First it was none stop gangster storylines, shootings, kidnappings, explosions and murders. Then it was constant serial killers. Recently it's been non stop storylines where there's manipulative characters abusing, controlling and manipulating another character. Summer, George, Edward and Cher
