@@orlando9923 I'm aware, but if you look at the DBs Ronnie used, they weren't leg-friendly and a lot bulkier, but there's a huge difference between 5 and 12 reps. I'm not disparaging either man as I'm a fan of both. WSM competitors work more on over-pressing strength than bench-pressing power
