Same man that survived 8 bounties in one night basically at the beginning of his career, stopped Joker from creating an army of titan thugs in an Asylum that was being controlled by Joker and Harley in almost every single area. Took back control of a walled-off city being bombarded by missiles from a person who knew his identity and a leader of assassins who has lived for 600 years, saved Gotham City from Scarecrow's plan of chemical warfare and we calling Arkham Batman a loser cause he thought his prodigy/son was murdered by Harley Quinn. It also doesn't help the fact that this takes place not that long after the love of his life, Talia, was murdered by Joker and then him dying, making everyone believe Bats murdered the Joker.

Interesting version of the Batman. Instantly becomes emotional after thinking Robin is dead. So emotional that he potentially drops his guard. The literally instant he realizes Robin is alive all emotion is gone. It’s like this version of Batman only truly fears losing his friends and family.
