Hello, this is Unfold Seoul!
In this video we had the chance to participate to a free class powered by L.dot Seoungsu.
The food we prepared was Japchae (Korean stir-fried glass noodles) with veggies, tofu and fish cake.
This recipe is quite simple and you can actually try it also at home!
Japchae - recipe
1.5T cooking oil 1T sesame oil 6T soy sauce 2T sugar
, tofu 200g, paprika 100g, spinach 100g, onion 100g, carrot 100g, mushroom 50g, green onion 50g
1. Soak the vermicelli in water.
2. Lightly blanch spinach in water
3. Prepare vegetables such as onions, carrots, mushrooms, and paprika by thinly slicing them.
4. Cut the tofu into a shape similar to the vegetables and set aside.
5. Bake the tofu first and set aside
6. Stir-fry vegetables in firm order
7. Blanch the glass noodles in boiling water and season with soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
8. Add tofu, vegetables, etc. to the glass noodles and mix them together
잡채 - 레시피
식용유 1.5T 참기름 1T 간장6T 설탕2T
,두부200g,파프리카100g,시금치100g,양파100g,당근100g,버섯50g,대파50g
1. 당면은 물에 담궈 놓는다
2. 시금치는 물에 살짝 데친다
3. 양파,당근 버섯 파프리카 등의 야채는 얇게 채썰어 준비한다
4. 두부도 야채와비슷한 모양으로 썰어 준비해놓는다
5. 두부를 먼저 구워 따로 준비해놓는다
6. 야채는 단단한 순서대로 볶아 준다
7. 당면은 끓는 물에 살짝 데쳐 간장,설탕,소금으로 간을해준다
8. 당면에 두부,야채등을 넣고 같이 섞어준다
