Very interesting. I've been using playmobil figures for years in coaching and organizational development. I've also used lego serius play -system, but playmobils might be better in corporate world as they are larger.

Jarmo Manner i would say the difference is less about size but more about the core. Where LSP is about creating and unlocking knowledge I would argue that Playmobil is about role-play and thus empathy and organizational systems!
