At the LCI prerelease, I played against an opponent with Roaming Throne on "cat" plus Sovereign Okinec Ahau. She made a Ruin-Lurker Bat into something like a 64/64 flying lifelinker. Needless to say, I lost that game. 😆

This is weird. Why didn't Roaming Throne double the Valor counters on Adversary?

I think it's because it's not a triggered ability.

The adversaries are weird in that they are triggered abilities that kind of function like activated abilities so the etb trigger of asking if you want to pay mana happens twice but the second trigger doesn’t do anything if you dont pay mana into it, if the trigger of paying mana and putting counters on it were two separate triggered abilities then it might have worked but it isn’t it is just one whole ability if that makes sense

Sure this deck can go wide with small creatures, but it can't hold a candle to the Selesnya counters deck in terms of adding quantity of counters and aggressiveness. Turn one initiate, turn 2 brawler, turn 3 brawler?!?!?!

I haven't played this game for more than 20 yrs. I Started playing online, I encountered players when i finished attacking instead of allowing me to cast spells it automatically end my turn. It feels like its cheat.
