i know there's a select few like me who played new world in 2021-2022 very heavily. Back then when it was all so competitive. The community and chat was way more active than it is today. I personally have 3000 hours on the game and countless memories. Playing along with the top companies, being online everyday for war, always testing with your friends what the current meta is, doing expeditions 10+ times a day to try to get a .01% drop, studying with your company members on war strats on discord nightly, man I remember it all. edit: wanted to add some more activities that I missed.. - the server merges were always exciting, What will these new people be like? - OPR's.. - when void armor was OP and you felt like a baller with it on - the chest runs - spending millions of gold trying to get BIS - mining orichalcum at a professional level in shattered mountains. (this was my personal memory. I'd always be competing with the Indonesians gold farmers, but I'd win) - the degenerate people you'd see in town - PVP outside of windsward - Level farming weapons - First to M10 on the server - exploring while this beautiful music is playing man - faction missions with the bois - capturing forts I know these songs hit hard for a few of you real ones.

This game represents the grow up part of my life, I no lifed it for the first two weeks my Uni Classes where online, and then I had to travel to Uni where I had no good Gaming pc and not enough time for the game, fuck, now I have my Engineering degree but everyone left :( During my Runescape years I wouldn't mind sacrificing School for it, but I can't do that with my Career sadly, here is hoping to having this game rebirth itself a new playerbase once again.

I was reminded of the days of Lineage 2 and that epic music from cities like Dion, Gludio, Hunters Village, Login Screen music. Then I played a lot of MMOs but there was "long, long nothing" about the music that would make me rave. Then came the New World Soundtrack and all the music associated with it. Something epic, thanks to Ramin and Brandon, and thanks to the rest as well. You have made another masterpiece. I'm sure after many years people will still be sighing for New World music just like they are after 15 years with Lineage 2 music.

Ramin Djawadi, one of the composers also composed the music for Game of Thrones, multiple Marvel Universe movies (Iron Man) and the series Westworld.
