I had to do a double take when you introduced Growlancer I'd never heard of the series but I instantly recognized Urushihara Satoshi's amazing art, I didn't know he'd worked on other games other than Langrisser. SCEA was generally against 2d sprite games, that's probably why tales of destiny wasn't brought over

Yep, this sadly affected a lot of PS1 games back in the day. The original Tales of Destiny on PS1, is ironically one of the few 2d games SCEA approved. Thanks for watching :)

Huge Growlanser fan, but I will probably wait for the G6 patch to be finished since it's still very much WIP even though it can be played to completion. I remember having so many issues with the Amagami fanTL technical wise. Didn't play the most up-to-date patch, but can't imagine it's all that better. That's one title that could really benefit from an official release given the technical hurdles, but doubt it will happen.

Fair enough, I wasn't aware of all the bugs for the Growlanser patch. The team still appear to be working on it, so hopefully they'll make an updated version in due time :) Thanks for watching!
