This feature is good but there should also be a feature where you can leave the family management so that the child can have full access to their own account without any restrictions or parental controls and this if this feature existed it would make the experience way better.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT - I've just been in a queue of 55 people on PS chat - but when I got to ask a question when it was finally my turn the awful chat technology crashed and I could not type. Since then I have tried to find a more robust way to contact PS. I set up my child's restrictions and today they failed - he was able to access Fortnite and this caused stress and anxiety in the family. Why has this happened, how will you fix it and is it likely to happen again? If so, my second child will be extremely annoyed as he won't be getting his PS5 for Xmas and the other PS5 will be sold also. The PS App interface is so archaic and so counter-intuitive that I am astonished parents use it. Why do I have to go through what seems a million clicks, scrolls and passwords to get through to family management, just to add some time to my child's PS5 - it is so draining. I am getting very tired and bored of it. Can you provide any solutions or is it best to get rid of the PS5 and find a better product that I can manage easily for both of my sons?👿😠
