pulse 3d headset is ok ish but i highly recommend the steel series arctis 7p headset , its more comfy on the ears and lighter also you can mix up the software via a free computer program that you can download from the steel series headset

Can you test out the controller mic please. Adding a mic is a good idea but does it allow for wearing headsets without mics and using the controller mic so you can still do game chat or is it just acting as an extra mic working with the mic on the headset?

Sony is a really good company, I had a experience years ago, I walked into Circuit City, a woman was there giving out promo stuff, I asked if I could have one, she told me in a rude way that the items were for the employees, I'm looking at it like, well if it is for them then why aren't you doing this in the backroom, anyways, I wrote Sony a long letter, and about a month later, I received a huge box from Sony, it included an apology and a thank you for being a supporter, now that's how you handle an error and make it right.
