MsmX Music Parappa is WAYYYYY too obscure of a character to get into Smash. Even if he tried to get the recognition he deserved, the era of the introduction to rapping to the community is far over. Parappa did well while rapping was new and while it wasn't mostly so crude and all done by cringeworthy preteens. A new Parappa game based on rapping might not get too far, since most teenagers will see it as "lame," ESPECIALLY the ones that are used to Sony's combat games and the way better quality of graphics compared to PaRappa's flimsy and low-res world. If PaRappa DID make it to Smash somehow by sheer luck, the majority of people won't recognize him, especially since the people playing are all likely nintendo fanboys.
