You can find the PlayStation Home official logo in Astro's Playroom on PS5, it's one of the collectible items! If you walk through the logo with Astro, you can obtain a trophy titled 'Honey, I'm home!'

Man, the nostalgia is hitting HARD! I remember spending whole afternoons playing Playstation Home, visiting my in-game apartment, going out on the balcony to admire the view, and then wandering around outside, admiring other players, and visiting the various recreational areas - I spent most of my time in the bowling alley dancing on the dance floor with other players, playing pool, bowling, arcade games (especially the one with the penguin and the ice cubes) and, especially, listening to that beautiful music. It was very soothing. I spent my time playing this game when I wasn't busy making new friends on the GTA IV online. Jesus, these were the good times…

Check out Destination Home or Home Headquarters, they're running custom servers for PS3 and the PC RPCS3 emulator. Alternatively you can check out Home Laboratory if you're the curious type as to how Home works as well as running a server on your local network, but most people should likely stick to one of those two servers.
