I feel so lost without ps home :'( Why would they discontinue a game that so many people had such a strong connection with, including myself. Ps home was my 2nd life and I felt so happy and stress free, basically living there more than my real life. I could never get over this game even if I tried. Everything was so perfect and I loved everyone I met. Ps home was something I could never experience in real life. RIP. see you again someday hopefully and thank you all for making this game great to play together

I was seriously addicted to PlayStation Home in 2011 or 2012. I had bad problems with anti-sociability and being bullied at school. So I always spent my summer breaks on MMOs or this sort of stuff. Even though I had a serious addiction (played almost every day, all day, and spent probably around 200 dollars on the game, but I did use my own money and not my parents, so that's good) I have mostly fond memories of it. My online persona was gorgeous and fun to be around, and I made so many great friends, which I unfortunately lost contact with. But it all (ironically) helped me with making friends in real life and taught me a lot. I quit playing until I came back once or twice in 2015. I didn't know it was going to be ending, so I was rather shocked to find that out while getting on that last time. Needless to say, I cried when it shut down. Yeah, I'm a loser. In relation to the song, x7, Bowling Alley, and the Motorcross Landing (whatever it's called- it was a trashy, industrial club kind of place with fog machines and strobe lights with killer punk and metal music, that place was awesome) were are awesome hangout places, where I've met some of the best people.

You are no loser for being shy and uncomfy of and with social interaction. Many people have exactly the same situation. The virtual world, the gaming genre and computers wouldn't live without people like you, me and the others. I do not see why crying for the end of something beautiful that you were obviously connecting with fond memories and emotions, makes you a loser. Just like you I got bullied fully 3 years at school, I fell in love and got my first heartbreak during that time. Just like you I spent most of my free time in Playstation Home - it was a world I had control over my second life, a virtual life, but still. I could be myself and meet other great people, get to know them, find friends, without being bullied, without being harassed. I spent 200 € on Playstation Home: I had awesome apartments, awesome outfits. Infact I spent almost every evening for 5 years there. I didn't see it as a waste of money back then and I still don't see it as that. I had fun, I felt good, I felt at Home. No material thing can replace the value of such feelings. I cried as well, when Playstation Home got shut down. It is like we lived in our own world, on a planet, and it got destroyed. Now every inhabitant of the Playstation Home planet had to leave their Home behind, dwelling in deep space, losing the connection they once had to others. It is indeed sad, because it was the best thing for us, and seen as total disaster by Sony Entertainment.

It was like I finally met my people. I miss those days so much. I've been lost without Home. I need another virtual world. :(

You wouldn't be alone in crying when it shut down - I think most of us were in shock at that time, and you're certainly not a 'loser'. You're a winner because you were one of the luckiest people on the planet like me in that we got to experience the magic of PS Home. It's a tragedy that it was taken from us, but at least we were there, and that's something to be celebrated and remembered. I'm convinced there will never be anything as good as PS Home in terms of overall feel, no matter how technologically great other virtual worlds get.

I can't get this song out of my head! This song was my favorite song on home I had this on repeat 24/7 when i was in x7 I heard this song so much I heard it in my sleep. This brings back so many good memories the drama, laughter, music everything about home was just perfect. I remember when I bought my first summer house and I thought I was all that or when people used to do the running man train in central plaza lol. I spent so much money on home. I remember all of the friends I had on home man... good times, they need to bring back the good ol home it was like a whole new world. It's sad to say its gone.

This song gives me goosebumps...like every other PS Home song. It sounds like home, it reminds me of the greatest time in virtuality, it was better than any game, it was connection, a place where you could be who you are, or whatever you wanted to be. Eventhough there is "Nebula" for PS4, there is no place like PS Home. Shutting it down was like ripping an important piece of my life from me. It was joy, it was life, it was delight and fun. And then, all of the sudden...it was gone.
