Finally! I’ve spent almost 2 decades trying to remember a certain game from a random demo disk I used to have. The game is Wild 9 and this was the exact demo disk.

Holy crap! This is creepy to read when I literally just did the same thing! I literally just went through this person's playlist of demo discs to find THIS game!! We (my parents) got our PS1 back in 1998 so when the music and menu changed a few volumes back I started getting excited because I knew I was close. I even was trying out ChatGPT with old descriptions trying to find it, but like you said, over two decades ago trying to remember was hard.

@@tomwolf785 I downloaded it and have it for my PS1 emulator now (DuckStation). Though it would be even cooler to play it with other people who searched for it again after all these years.

I got this demo disc but in 1999, I was 7 years old..I got this disc with Pizza 🍕 Hut, my grandmother ordered Pizza Hut and the disc was included in the pizza box. I remember metal gear solid 1 was one of the games I loved. About two weeks later, my Grandmother brought me the game, I was so happy to play the full game..one of my favorite memories of my grandmother, she's passed away 😢two years ago already. I miss her!

It's because of you with this series of videos with the sample discs I was able to find out an old lost game I was trying to remember from over 24 years ago. I was trying to remember the demo game for "Wild 9". Now I can go back and explore it! Thank you!

This was the demo disc I got when I bought my old grey PS1. First time I ever played a Crash Bandicoot game, but I did knew about the Metal Gear series because by that point I've already played the original 2d Metal Gear.

i'm upset that you didnt use your "absorb power" ability when you launch your lumina at an enemy. you're supposed to mash a button and it sucks up the enemy to let you use their special power like gun or rapid healing.

Always impressed me how some ps1 games could render realistic cutscenes but gameplay remained the same blocky graphic design...
