My Roms won't fully scan onto my vita.... it will start scanning then just cut out ..regardless which emulator it is ....but if I go to load core section I can play certain games loading the long way round...any reason why I'm having this problem ...should my rom files just have the games in zip mode or with the Bois in it as well ??? Help

Some N64 games will have issues in emulation. Have you tried using different cores? They can improve performance for certain games. Otherwise try a dedicated emulator for N64 on the Vita. That will definitely fix the issues you're having.

Yes you'll need the Bios files. You just put them in the system folder in the RetroArch installation directory on the Vita.

All the games I've played on RetroArch have run at their native resolution and framerate. So all running at 100% speed. The first core for each system run perfectly fine for the hands. You may find one or two games that have performance issues, but i have yet to experience any.

Could I ask: I've got all the BIOS, like a tonne of them, and I'm not sure what to do with them. I've also downloaded RetroArch but not added in the datafile they recommend as yet. Also, sorry, what cores do you prefer?

Put them in the system folder for RetroArch. They go in there. For cores, the first two you can pick from for any platform seem to work best in my opinion.

They update as they release new versions of RetroArch. You can reinstall the newer version on your Vita from their website. All your settings and games remain untouched but you'll be running on the newer build with any new cores introduced.

@@OfficialCryptic what if the RetroArch cores were removed how can I add them back or they don't work on it anyone and were removed for good ? Like the "beetles Saturn" core also some cores show using vitashell but not on the RetroArch itself

Not sure how you managed to remove the cores. But if you were to uninstall and reinstall RetroArch that should restore all the missing cores.

Never used the homebrew version. I'd get the one via the PC as it'll always be the latest version with all current bug fixes and features

Try using RetroArch with one of its cores. Should perform better than a standalone enumerator

Is this active accnt? A lot of us are having trouble with the psvita jailbreak.. Where encountering this GPU DETECTS GPU CRUSH COREDUMP....... This only happens when u mod ur firmware to 3.65 henkaku etc. And this never happened to a 3.73 version of a non hack version. So.. Is this really a FIRMWARE BUG? A lot of ps vita users and or even youtubers or those at online sites cant even answer this question...

I did speak about this in my video. No one else seems to mention it. I had the same bug, but after 3 days that error disappeared with no explanation of why it happened or why it went away. I've tried to research it, but no causes or solutions come up. I wish I had more concrete info on it but unfortunately I don't.
