Remakes are built from the ground up and has (usually) all new voice actors and looks pretty different from the original game. It's pretty hard to tell the difference now a days because companies just don't care anymore and label a lazy port as a "remake" even though they barely changed anything.

This game is so underrated Like bro i miss this game so much I have hope that this game will be more successful now since it's releasing in a different timeline and it's releasing on the Playstation and Nintendo switch So it should get more sales and recognition If this game is successful,not only do i have hope they will remake epic mickey 2,but i have hope they'll successfully make the third game

I'm so happy Epic Mickey is back even if it's just a remake, but Rip Junction Point Studios, they made us this game not Disney, without Junction Point there would have been no Epic Mickey to remake. Ironically or tragically Disney essentially sent them to Wasteland to be forgotten
