I find it very immersion breaking that the lightsaber isnt taking off limbs. You wouldnt even need gore...as the wounds would be instantly sealed from the heat. Just seems weird that they basically just get scratched.

About the lightsaber colors yall. They actually do have meaning. Blue - Guardian: they are the ones who defend the order and mostly use lightsaber in combat. Green - Consular: they are the leaders/scholars of the order and are most in tune with the force. Mostly use force in combat Yellow - Sentinel: they hunt down rogue jedi and sith. Use balance of force and lightsaber in combat Purple - only Mace Windo used a purple saber because of the mixture of light and dark side force he used in combat (blue + red = purple)

Hasn't there been multiple explanations? IIRC one of them was that it was really just the color of Khyber crystal used. Most Jedi use blue because the Jedi Temple was built near a mine that had mostly blue. Luke used a green crystal in ep 6 because that's the color Yoda had in his box of lightsaber parts. Yoda never really explained that. He merely said that Khyber crystals were hard to find. Maybe it was the only one he'd been able to acquire?

There’s a couple that I’m wondering how he managed to miss. There’s one that’s literal feet away from an essential shortcut on Zeffo. Like essential as in I’m not sure how you’d complete the level on subsequent runs without it
