This is my theory so the first people that ever entered the island was ego a group that was sent by the imagine order the reason why I think they are from the imaged order is because egos logo was on a cup at John Johnes office they investigated the island and then got snapshots that turned into altar, Midas later came in as a big representative of the imagined order, coming in and making the agency the reason why I think Midas came from the imagined order is because the agency as you can see is a painting on the wall ,so Midas went there got his agents ready and then decided that enough was enough he wanted to free the people in the loop and not knowing a way to get out himself he made the doomsday device being a part of the imagine order had its benefits he knew where the 0 point was, with the help of jules. Jules got to work but Jules wanted something in return she wanted power so midas sent a lot of his agents over to shadow to help her rise in the ranks that's why most of the agents went to shadow. After everything was said and done Midas failed knowing that ghost would not accept him after what he did (and knowing he could never go back to the imagine order) he joined Shadow with jules but then was later hunted down and was captured by ghost exiled out of the map where he was eaten by the shark. Hey Playstation grenade, I was just in a match and found out that the Ghost and Shadow henchmen spanwed in one of the IO gaurd capsules.

Epic kind of confirmed recently that Chaos Agent was the leader of ALTER in Chapter 2 Season 1, which fits the loading screen from that season. *But Chaos Agent was killed/neutralized by Midas in Ch2S2, because Chaos Agent's helmet was one of the helmets in Midas's trophy cabinet!* We also know from the Slurp Legends Pack video trailer that Chaos Agent experimented on people at the Slurp Factory and turned them into slurpy versions of themselves. So presumably Chaos Agent also created Big Chuggus and transformed Rippley from E.G.O. (as Rippley's loading screen 'Born from Slurp' shows him outside Slurp Factory in the swamp at one of the outlet pipes); although that loading screen directly contradicts the Chapter 2 Launch Trailer where we can see the E.G.O. scouts after their plane's crash-landing at the lagoon, and Rippley is among them already in his "slurpy" turquoise blob form. On the other hand that launch trailer is already taking some narrative liberties, as it showed the E.G.O. scouts go from the Crash Side at the lagoon directly into Slurpy Swamp (despite those locations not being geographically connected on the map), with the Slurp Factory and Hydro16 visible in the distance, then we saw them walking across Hydro16 dam and fishing at Lazy Lake lake. We also saw Rippley fill his water bottle near an outlet pipe that was spilling purple sludge into the water... but the only place with purple water and pipes is the Kevolution Energy power plant at Steamy Stacks.

Theory: Ok each chapter is a loop because they keep repeating themselves eg: season 4 = superheroes, season 5 = world's collide. Each time the zero point resets everything and it all starts again. But the seven are the only ones who remember and they are trying to stop the island looping and help everyone escape and that is what Jonesy is trying to stop. Also the seven are ( my theory only) The Visitor, The Scientist, The Pardime, Midas, Chaos Agent, Siona ( chapter 2 season 3 astronaut) and Singularity

I think that singularity is paradigm and she is part of the seven, and that's why she got the zero point out of the vault in season 9 final event, if she really wanted to keep it away she wouldn't toke it, she didn't want the devourer to destroy it, but she wanted to released it so people could scape the loop

I think next season will be about a resistance outside of the loop, led by Midas and his new team of agents. I'm assuming that the storm will reset itself for next season, making it impossible to escape the loop in any form. Also, another thing I realized about the fortnitemares last season: reboot vans weren't there. Sure, you could say they removed them because they had no purpose, but tell that to solos and team rumble! What I think happened, was that that was the first time Midas could actually hack the loop from the outside, causing chaos for IO. Shadow Midas may have never actually existed, which is also why we don't have a skin for that version. On top of that, how else were shadows brought in? They had to have been artificial. Maybe even a test for being immune to the loop's powers of resetting. Anyways, that's just something I thought about.

Peely. Peely is important. He’s canon to the game, he knows Midas’s plan, he was pretty much a double agent, having ghost and shadow styles. He knows the OG jonesy, which is bunker jonesy, bunker jonesy is an OG jonesy and they were best friends meaning Peely could have come from the office, and Peely was made by jonesy putting a banana in a rift. Jonesy is Peely. What are rifts made off? Zero point energy. Where did we see Peely in the season 10 trailer? In the butterfly dimension, the aftermath of the zero point expanding. Making more peelys? Entirely posssible since he has a banana army on top of the volcano. Season 8 was when Peely was added and when the vault I opened for the first time. What’s inside the vault? The zero point and how do you make peelys? Zero point rifts. Peely can’t die, since he was fully concise after being blended up into a smoothie, and just look at Peely bone, like, cmon. And the fact that he has no organs or functioning stuff inside of him is even weirder since you need them to live... oh wait, Peely CANT die. Idk guys but possibly maybe just the slightest little bit Peely has a big part in the story.

Ok the first skins I think could be important to the story is the original defaults. If Jonesy is an agent, and Ramirez is a boss agent, it would make sense that the other original defaults would be working with IO as agents or something else. The next skin that could be story related is the Siona skin (at least I think that’s her name)/ the stranded astronaught from C2 S3. Her partner and her got stranded on our planet, crashing their ship, with Siona somehow getting out and roaming the map, at the end of the season we can repair the ship and send them back up to space, but then they re-crashed onto the island and assumedly got stuck for good, as the ship is nowhere to be seen. The reason I bring them up is because unlike the original astronauts from C1 S3, they are completely new characters, not a snapshot of Jonesy or Ramirez. And, since they crashed from outside the loop, with high tech equipment, I would assume they have a whole race of weird green-haired astronaught people. Did they intend to come to our island, or was it an accident? If they came on purpose, what were they looking for? Could they be related in anyway to a certain other group of astronaught that came via meteor, as in the Seven? They do after all have a meteor glider that looks an awful lot like the Visitor’s.They feel like they were kind of important, but just... left without a trace, like drift. I’m not sure, but hopefully we get something new about them soon. The next skin that could be a story related character is Singularity. You know, the person worked inside the vault, helped rebuild the island after an apocalyptic eruption, built a giant robot to fight a monster trying to get the Zero Point, resorted to absorbing the power of the Zero Point to stop the monster, but then made it start bringing things from other Fortnite loops, and at the end of it all she just... flies into space. She got out of loop as far as I can tell, so who was she... it’s believed she could be Paradigm, one of the Seven, and that could explain the breaking the Zero Point to help bring the Scientist to her island, but at first she was protecting it, so did she really want to bring the Seven in? I think the Midas snapshots were created every time we blinked in and out of Agent Jones’ office. Midas was constantly escaping and re-entering the loop, creating 3 snapshots and then he vanished. (Midas Rex and the one from the Season 3 trailer are the same snapshot)

Ight, here's my theories about the I.O./Enforcer/Fusion similarities + random Midas & Chaos Agent stuff 1. I think that the I.O.s and Enforcers are the same (like you said), and for Fusion, I believe he was the first and last attempt at fusing a snapshot and an I.O., in particular the snapshot who was fused with it was that one ninja skin I forgot the name of (is kinda skinny, like Fusion, and wears blackish-gray clothes that looks extremely similar to Fusion's clothes), and the result was a powerful I.O. Guard, however the Imagined Order was unable to keep Fusion under control, and since the mind of the snapshot and I.O. Guard were combined, Fusion repeatedly tried to get to the Zero Point to escape the loop, and in an attempt to stop him some of the Zero Point's energy was harnessed and used to create Fusion's backbling, as he might think he got some of the Zero Point, when in reality it would just act as a distraction while the I.O. made it impossible for him to escape. 2. So about the Ghost v. Shadow stuff, personally I feel like Chaos Agent and Midas began as opponents, but at some point during the war they discovered that they had similar intentions: escape the loop, and take out the Imagined Order. They decided to secretly form an alliance, and they devised a plan to escape the loop, but during the process of creating the plan Midas lost his greediness, and realized that he would prefer saving everyone, and not just Chaos Agent and himself. Whilst revising the plan to save everyone in the loop, Midas had noticed he would need to make a sacrifice, as it would be impossible for him to bring everyone out of the loop at the current time, so be decided that he would fake the death of Chaos Agent (by taking his mask, turning it to gold, and adding it to his collection), attempt an escape with everyone, and, if he was the only one to make it through, then Chaos Agent would stay around on the island in hiding and create a new plan to free everyone. Midas was the only one to escape, and he nearly escaped the I.O. building, but was caught and thrown back into the loop, however he ended up getting back through the Zero Point, which resulted in two snapshots (the first being the Midas we saw die, and the second being the Midas Flopper). Midas then went on to escape in a much sneakier method, and was the first person to escape the loop. As for everyone in the loop, Chaos Agent laid low, and had spotted Thor's hammer towards the end of Season 3, and realized that the time had come, and something would happen that would give him the opportunity to free everyone. He waited for Galactus to arrive, and after the live event the Zero Point had finally been exposed for the first time on the new island, and Chaos Agent is now waiting for the I.O.'s forces to be at their weakest, and once that time comes he'll begin to try and break the loop again, using a modified version of Midas' device that he is creating below the sands with the use of the device's remains and parts that he had been collecting since Season 3.

Maybe the enforcers were simply an older version of the guards that jonesy was at, and what they probably did is they probably sent the enforcers down to make sure to fix everything, and thats why I think the butterfly has something to do with communication between both worlds.

i read some other comments and they say kondor's wrap has KEVIN's symbols honestly at the start of the season I was also wondering who this mysterious kondor guy is now I think he might be related to Midas as kondor's description is smth about a gift to a king or smth but he might be made by chaos agent cuz they both have the same colors and both have kevin's symbols somewhere on them.
