I don't think Harvey ever respected Emily. It was all crocodile tears. He was more upset about his reputation, and the fact that ppl were *rightly* branding him a cheat. When he talks about it being a tough 8 months, he's talking about that, not Emily. Shitty people like Harvey never respect truly good people like Emily. He showed his stripes once again in Bali. Emily is different from the other girls on MIC. When she first appeared on the show she didn’t really stand out because she didn’t really do the “glam” thing, but you could that she was the most attractive, and since then it’s become more obvious. But in addition to that, what sets her apart is that she doesn’t screw around; she may be feisty and strident at times, but when she’s in a relationship she commits to it, and she’s nobody’s casual toy.

I haven’t watched all the episodes in Bali just yet but Miles I understand Emily is his best friend but he needs to get off his high horse like he is no saint himself and has hurt multiple women too by literally screwing around. I think he can stand by Emily buy Emily is also able to stand up for himself, he just got too involved with Harvey dating Yasmin. So because Harvey cheated he should never go in a date again? I just think he got a bit over involved even as a best friend. Put that energy into not screwing around yourself and getting away with it because of your good looks !

I respect Charlie providing a different perspective and one from Harvey’s side because he’s not here to have the conversation. I still completely agree with Emily, but it was necessary to have those points and also give Emily a chance to reassert what she’s saying against those points, because there are people who think that way and question why she cares. Glad she was able to recognise both sides while still standing up for herself and her self-respect.

I cannot stand that Miles. He has constantly interfered in other people’s relationships ever since he arrived on the show, as well as lying to and cheating on just about every girl he has dated. He is arrogant and immature, and always has an excuse for his actions by distorting the truth or simply lying. It’s always the girls he takes sides with, and you can see straight through him that he hopes it will earn him some action with them down the line. I honestly don’t know which I have more contempt for, him or Sam Prince. There have been many cheats on MIC before them, but somehow it’s still possible to like the likes of Spencer and Jamie, I don’t know why.
