Hi i am very new to this. Can you tell me with modbus protocol, can we also work with floating value? If yes then how?. For example, what if i want to provide "floating value like 1.4 from modscan software". will i be able to see the changes at the TIA portal as well and vice-versa? I have observed that you have not used "floating values in your tutorial". Thanks in Advance!

Hi! Can you tell me, why when we make changes in the "modbus client software" in case of "FC1: Read discrete input" and "FC3: Read Input registers" , no changes being reflected in the Tia-portal? Also, when you changed "output coil status" while you explaining "FC0: Read coil", LED of the PLC is also turn--ed ON as you shown at @01:07:04 but why No LED turns ON when we force changes in case of "FC1: Read discrete input". Thanks in Advance
